1a – Ground promotion – Need a stable and established promotional plan that all board members buy into, and also that fans understand.
1b – Family, Friends, Colleagues & Others – Trust board members to recruit everyone they possibly can, also incentivise members to do the same.
1c – Famous Names – Identify famous names that are willing to join the trust. Photo and article on website each time. Also use Supporter Surveys to establish ‘Honorary Life Membership’ recipients.

2) Trust Meetings
2a – Trust Board Meeting (first Thursday) – Regular monthly board meeting at Goddard Park School.
2b – Club Meeting (second Thursday) – Regular monthly meeting with Club Representatives.
2c – Open Meeting (Quarterly?) – Open meeting where members are invited.
2d – AGM (Annual) – Annual General Meeting.
2e – Supporters Club (AGM and two more) – Improve relationship with Supporters’ Club through regular meetings and email updates.

3) Member Communication
3a – Monthly Newsletter – Monthly newsletter delivered direct to email inbox.
3b – Monthly Surveys & Analysis – Collect Supporters’ views on various topics and report back to the club. Promote via newsletter.
3c – Welcome emails and pack – Welcome email after sign-up, to contain link to welcome pack and other information.
3d – Membership involvement – Reach out into Membership for helpers.
3e – Members Only Area / Forum – Area of website with access to restricted information, such as accounts, meeting notes etc.

4) Website updates
4a – Football Supporters’ Federation (FSF) – Gather and communicate content from FSF that may be of interest to the membership, and communicate via newsletters and via press if important enough.
4b – Supporters Direct – Gather and communicate content from FSF that may be of interest to the membership, and communicate via newsletters and via press if important enough.
4c – Liasion with other Trusts – Gather ideas and learn from experiences at other Trusts, either by website reading, meets, or visits.
4d – Financial reporting – Communicate status of Red Army Fund on ‘Members Only’ area of website.
4e – Membership numbers – Communicate Membership numbers on ‘Members Only’ area of website.
4f – Meeting minutes – Put all meeting minutes on ‘Members Only’ area of website.

5) Social Events
5a – Legends Night – Run at least one fund-raising social event each year.

6) Campaigns
6a – Stadium Improvements – Feasibility – Conduct feasibility study into Stadium improvements, present findings to club. Encourage donations to RAF. RAF fund graphically depicted on Trust website.
6b – Schools/Families – Feasibility – Conduct feasibility study into Family Enclosure, present findings to club. Encourage donations to RAF. RAF fund graphically depicted on Trust website.
6c – Re-engaging Companies – Identify companies that were previously connected with the club and re-engage them.
6d – FansFirst 2015/2016 – Revisit idea as part of the feasibility study/vision process.

7) Press and Publicity (PR)
7a – Press Releases – Agree in advance the PR schedule for the year, discuss every month the forthcoming PR and what needs to be done to be prepare it well in advance.
7b – Social Media – Maximise coverage on Twitter and Facebook.
7c – Regular Features – Swindon Adver, FLIC, Swindon Link, Club Programme
7d – Radio & TV – BBC Wiltshire, Jack FM, ITV, BBC

8) Emergency plan
8a – Plan prepared – Prepare an Emergency action plan should STFC come under threat of Administration.
8b – Club Shares – Explore opportunities for Trust to secure a % stake in the club, present and publish outcomes.

9) Long-Term Goals
9a – Establish a vision for the future – What do we want to achieve with the Trust over the next 3, 5, 10 years?
